Marvin Hough

MIRA is actively helping to prepare the next generation of international trade professionals. In addition to teaching at the Telfer School of Management and supporting Centennial College’s international business program, Marvin Hough supports young professionals through mentoring and guiding them on the paths forward in international trade careers.

He is currently mentoring young professionals through organizations including the Canadian International Council (CIC), Organization for Women in International Trade ( OWIT) and the Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization. (OCISO)

Marvin is in an excellent position to advise on skill development and market demands and has an extensive network from which to refer mentees. Where possible, MIRA also engages mentees on short-term research assignments as they pursue studies and initiatives to build their long-term careers.
